Flour Power Franchise Opportunties...
Making A Postive Impact in YOUR Community!

Greetings from Flour Power Business Development Inc!
My name is Susan Caldwell and I began a children's cooking company in 2008 to teach children so many life long skills in the kitchen! Cooking teaches children so much! From reading and math skills to kitchen science and chemistry, does it ever get more exciting for a child (or for us adults)?
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I began a youth fitness program in to teach children life long fitness habits at an early age in 2008 after personally losing 125 pounds the "old fashioned way." I brought in portable cooking equipment into our gym and taught my lil' chefs a few healthy snacks after our fitness lessons, which left them begging each week for more cooking. Very soon, Lil' Chef Raleigh was born! We opened our first studio under that name by converting half of our gym into a kitchen for kids in 2009 after I taught cooking classes at home for over a year. We grew so quickly and have such a loyal following that we moved into a 2700 sq. foot space in Raleigh's North Hills shopping center where we built two kitchens to reach even more children in 2011.
In 2013, we grew again by opening a Charlotte, NC studio under our newly trademarked name, Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios! In 2015, we opened an additional location in Raleigh, NC because we were so over capacity.
I'm super excited about sharing my business knowledge, successes and experiences with a qualified select group of entrepreneurs who want to own their own Flour Power studio. My team will provide unparalled support, lesson plans and so much more to help spread our positive message about changing lives of children in our communities by introducing new, healthy foods in a hands-on envorinment.
Please explore the Flour Power website, and if you feel that the Flour Power opportunity might be right for you, complete our contact form below and our executive team will follow up with you soon.
We're super excited about the future, and can't wait to stir up a ton of fun in new communities soon.
Kind regards,
Susan Caldwell

What's the Process for Becoming Part of our Flour Power Family or Learning More Information?
Great question! We have outlined the steps to help you understand the process and to define if you would be a good Franchise owner based upon our proven strategies and our criteria.
Step 1: You're already there! Check out our website. Learn about Flour Power. See what we do. Understand our vision. Do you get excited and find yourself jumping up and down with excitement thinking about being part of our Flour Power family? Do you stay awake at night wanting to be your own boss with a proven organization? Do you see yourself as part of Flour Power? If so, move on to Step 2!
Step 2: Complete the Franchise Information Questionnaire. Once that's received at our corporate office, a member of our Executive Team will review and we'll follow up with you within one week.
Step 3: Let's Chat! We'll set up two phone calls with you to talk more about the opportunity and answer questions you may have. If after the second call, we both agree that we'd like to move forward with the process, we'll move on to Step 4.
Step 4: Let's Visit! We'll invite you to come and meet with Founder Susan Caldwell in our Raleigh, NC locations where you'll visit two corporate owned studios, meet our staff, see our operations, talk to our customers and learn more about Flour Power and our company.
Step 5: The Legal Stuff! After you visit, if we both agree that you would be a good fit for a Flour Power franchise, we'll mail you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This document defines the relationship between the Franchisor (that's you) and the Franchisee (that's us) and each other's responsibilities. After you've had time to read the FDD, we'll set up an additional conference call to discuss it in more detail with you and to answer any remaining questions. We'll talk more about our training programs, our expectations and share additional marketing strategies with you.
Step 6: Welcome to Flour Power! After all the paperwork has been addressed, we'll give you our Jump Start Manual & Stages and Phases Manual to give you a head start on things you can begin working on even before our formal training program begins. We'll then schedule you to come to Raleigh, NC for our five day hands on training program to get you started with "real world experience!" We'll cover the operations manual, you'll get hands on experience in two of our corporate owned stores with children, you'll meet our staff, and learn from our Founder Susan Caldwell & her executive team who have worked with Flour Power for many years! After our initial training program, we offer ongoing training and support throughout your first year and beyond as a franchise owner, and you'll come back at the six month mark for additional training!
