Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios is locally owned by Raleigh native Susan Caldwell, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a mother of two young children, one of whom has autism. Susan was featured in People Magazine's 2008 "Half Their Size" issue after she lost 150 pounds the "old fashioned way."  It changed her life so much she became a CPT to help others live an amazing life too.  Now Susan helps inspire many young chefs at Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios to make smart and healthy food choices at home by eating a "rainbow of colors."  Stop by and say hello to Susan and her staff soon!
